How to replace the spare parts of the crusher?

(1) When the cone crusher is working, the ore should be distributed in the middle of the tray. Liners wear unevenly to prevent the crusher from being overloaded. Direct loading of ore into the crushing cavity is not permitted. The correct ore supply conditions are: The ore is distributed on trays. Evenly distributed in the crushing cavity, the ore fed cannot be higher than the height of the rolling mortar wall.

(2) If the maximum feed size of the crusher exceeds 85% of the feed size, the crusher output will be reduced and some cone crushers may be damaged.

(3) Do not start the crusher under load to avoid accidents.

(4) When stopping, the miner must stop first, crush and discharge the ore in the crushing cavity before stopping the crusher.

(5) Always check the lock system pressure and hydraulic station working condition when the crusher is working and take immediate action if any problems are found.

(6) Replacement of rolling mortar walls. The rolling mortar wall has a U-shaped screw on the adjustment ring. By injecting a zinc alloy between the two, the two are firmly integrated. When installing or replacing rolling mortar walls, work 6-8 hours. Then check the tightness and retighten the U-shaped screw.

(7) Replacement of cone crush wall. The cone crushing wall is fixed to the cone body by the cone head. A zinc alloy is cast between the two. Newly installed or replaced cone crushing walls should be inspected after 6 to 8 hours of work. Tighten the situation, if it turns out to be loose, fasten it.

(8) Gear mesh. Discs wear out due to friction and affect gear gap changes. A gasket must be added to the bottom cover to ensure proper gear meshing. The thickness of the gasket should be equal to the amount of disc wear.

(9) Bearings and sealing devices When installing a bowl-shaped bearing, be careful not to damage the oil stop ring with the steel wire rope (support between the steel wire ropes with hard materials, etc.). When assembling, the supporting sphere is shaved so that the crushing cone and the bowl-shaped mutual sphere are in contact at the outer circle. The inner ring should have an annular clearance of 0.35 to 0.5mm. The bowl-shaped bearing shell is fixed to the bowl-shaped bearing frame with locking pawls around the baralloy alloy to prevent the bowl-shaped bearing shell from rotating along its circumference. The bowl-shaped bearing frame and the frame are fixed with a key (pin). If a gap appears between the bowl bearing frame and the frame body during work, it must be addressed immediately.

(10) Cylindrical bushing and frame body are third transition fit. Zinc alloy is injected into the groove on the top of the bushing to prevent the bushing from rotating. When replacing with a new bushing, prepare it according to the actual size of the frame body. Because crushers inevitably change partnerships after long hours of work and loading and unloading. Too large a gap will cause the bushing to burst.

(11) Conical bushings, cone sleeves and hollow eccentric shafts should be tightly tightened and injected with zinc alloy to prevent cone sleeves from rotating. A zinc alloy should fill all the gaps. Hot zinc alloy can cause cone sleeve deformation, so check the new cone sleeve size. If it turns out to be in error, it must be corrected in a timely manner. When manufacturing spare parts, prepare them according to the actual size of the inner diameter of the eccentric sleeve and maintain the original fit.

(12) Springs, the function of springs is to protect the crusher from damage when it enters unbreakable material. So the spring pressure is compatible with the crushing force of the crusher, and the spring is not working when the crusher is working normally. Only when the iron falls into the crushing cavity and the crusher is overloaded does the support sleeve lift and the spring compresses. The top of the cone crusher bounces during normal operation. This is an anomalous phenomenon. It should be carefully analyzed, analyzed the cause and taken measures to eliminate it. If the spring is not properly compressed, the crushing force of the compression spring will increase, which will not only cause malfunction, but also damage the parts.
