1. Replacement of broken wall
The crushing wall of the cone crusher is fixed on the cone body with a cone head, and zinc alloy is cast between the two. After the newly installed or newly replaced cone crushing wall has been in operation for 6-8 hours, its tightening condition should be checked. If it is found to be loose, tighten it immediately.
2. Replacement of rolling mortar wall
The rolling mortar wall of the cone crusher is fixed on the adjusting ring with U-shaped screws, and zinc alloy is injected between the two to make them tightly combined. After 6-8 hours of operation of the newly installed or replaced rolling mortar wall, the tightening condition should be checked and the U-shaped screws should be tightened again.
3. Replacement of moving cone lining plate
1) Lift out the eccentric sleeve and grind the worn parts of the straight bushing and tapered bushing of the cone crusher to ensure the smoothness of the friction surface;
2) In the past, the circumferential fixation of the straight bushing was fixed by hot injection of zinc alloy, but this fixing method is not reliable. During the operation of the cone crusher, the bushing often rotates and lifts up. In severe cases, it can cause The bushing cracked due to the stress condition. In response to this situation, the hot-injection zinc alloy fixation is changed to fastening screw fixation. 4 threaded holes are evenly distributed at the joint between the bushing and the frame, and then 4 countersunk head screws are screwed in. This can avoid the bushing from rotating and crawling. ;
3) When installing the bowl-shaped bearing frame, pay attention to the tight fit with the frame and avoid any swaying;
4) The rotation speed of the moving cone is strictly controlled at 8 to 14 r/min. If the moving cone speed is too low or too high, it will affect the productivity of the cone crusher. In addition, if the speed is too high, it means that the friction of a certain moving pair is relatively large, which will have a greater impact on the oil temperature;
5) Scrape and grind the supporting spherical surface of the replaced bowl-shaped tile to ensure the contact length between the broken cone spherical surface and the outer circle of the bowl-shaped tile.
