Maintenance points of CH single-cylinder cone crusher - eccentric sleeve bushing
The eccentric bushing is a very important component in the cone crusher. It is part of the eccentric assembly. It cooperates with the main shaft during the operation of the equipment to drive the main shaft movement. Each eccentric bushing has several different eccentricities to choose from. By adjusting the eccentricity, the processing capacity of the crusher can be changed to achieve the best operating effect that is most consistent with the process flow.

Eccentric bushing maintenance
The main reasons for the burning of the eccentric bushing are as follows:
1. Excessive load
The spindle bushing and boom bushing are excessively worn and the bushing clearance is too large;
Because the ore discharge port of the crusher is set too small or iron is repeatedly passed through the crushing cavity, the crusher operates under very high pressure;
Feeding is too fine, segregation, too wet,
2. Poor lubrication
Due to the excessive gap between the dustproof seal ring and dustproof cover or the failure of the dustproof system, the lubricating oil is contaminated and the filter element and lubricating oil are not replaced in time;

Oil film formation
There must be a wedge-shaped gap between the two working surfaces;
The space between the two working surfaces must be continuously filled with lubricating oil;
There must be a relative sliding speed between the two working surfaces, and the direction of movement must be such that the lubricating oil flows in from the large section and flows out from the small section.
The external load must not exceed the limit that the minimum oil film can withstand. For a certain load, the speed, viscosity and gap must be properly matched.
Excessive load and poor lubrication
The oil film is damaged or cannot be formed
A large amount of heat is generated and cannot be taken away. The fatal bushing overheats and cracks and burning marks are formed on the bushing. Overheating of the eccentric sleeve components will cause the bushing to deform and eventually bite;

How to avoid condom burn
· Regularly check the clearance between the spindle bushing and the boom bushing, and replace it immediately if it exceeds the design value;
· Reduce the number of iron passes and set a suitable ore discharge port;
· Ensure good lubrication and no pollution of lubricating oil;
· Check the eccentric bushing clearance regularly.

Installation of eccentric sleeve bushing
First, apply lubricating oil on the outer surface of the eccentric sleeve bushing. When lifting the eccentric sleeve bushing into the eccentric sleeve, adjust the position of the eccentric sleeve bushing so that the eccentric sleeve bushing falls into place by its own weight.
Do not use a sledgehammer to hit the upper end surface of the eccentric bushing. You can use a rubber hammer to hit the side of the eccentric bushing to adjust the position of the eccentric bushing.

How to disassemble and assemble the eccentric sleeve assembly
Remove the inner sealing ring, seat ring and eccentric sleeve bushing retaining ring.
Lift out the eccentric sleeve bushing, take out the key from the keyway corresponding to the current eccentricity, and then install it into the keyway corresponding to the selected eccentricity.
Then install the eccentric sleeve bushing in place, and install the eccentric sleeve bushing retaining ring, seat ring and inner sealing ring.
