What is the reason for the decline in crusher output?
In the process of using the crusher, users will suddenly find that the output of the crusher has dropped at a certain point. There are many reasons for the decline in the output of the crusher, such as the hardness, humidity, and fineness of the material to be crushed. 1. Since the condition of the crushed material to be produced is certain, that is, the hardness and toughness of the material are fixed, when using the crusher, the material should be filled according to the equipment manual;
2. If the humidity of the material is too high, the inside of the equipment is easy to adhere, and it is easy to cause blockage during material transportation, resulting in low efficiency of the equipment. If the material is too wet, it should be dried before crushing.
3. The higher the fineness requirement of the material after grinding, the smaller the grinding capacity of the crusher, resulting in a decrease in efficiency.
4. The wiring position of the crusher motor is opposite, which affects the work of the motor; the outlet size of the crushing station is small, and the decrease in output will cause the outlet to be blocked, and the outlet size needs to be increased; the displacement of the crusher liner will also affect the working status and efficiency of the equipment, ensuring The proper position of the liner; after the crusher has been used for a period of time, the wear between the liner structure and the bearing will increase the working gap, and the bearing will rotate relatively in the outer ring, thereby reducing the output. The wear of liner and bearing can be checked frequently and replaced in time.
If the quality problem of the crusher itself leads to a decline in output, the user needs to find out the reasons one by one, and then solve them in time. Pay attention to the correct inspection method, otherwise the machine will be damaged; if the production is reduced due to improper operation of the employees, it is necessary to improve the skills of the employees and strengthen the training of relevant content.
